CART-GRAC Scholarship

Through research and evidence-based advocacy, CART-GRAC works to increase equitable access to high quality family planning knowledge, services, and methods to ultimately support women to time and space their pregnancies. Our network offers interdisciplinary collaborations valuable for public health and population health research.

Scholar awards are available for trainees (undergraduate or graduate students, medical residents) conducting research with CART-GRAC research team. Seed grants made available through the Chair Grant are also available to graduate students or community medicine or public health residents with pilot projects or initiatives in family planning that have values aligning with the Chair research program. Seed grants will be used to help initiate new applications for competitive operating or knowledge translation activity funding grants, and to support collection of preliminary data or data analyses, and the conduct of pilot studies. Please contact cart.grac@ubc.ca for more information.
